Mahto
Mahto and her sister, Satank came to us from a breeding, photography and education facility out west. When they grew up and outlived their usefulness for education programs Indigo Mountain was contacted to provide a lifelong home.
Mahto is a sweet natured, docile black bear who loves nothing more than the simple pleasures in life. She can most often be found hording the bear hammock, but she loves digging in logs for treats hidden throughout her habitat. She is always the first to splash in the pool and enjoys playing with the different puzzle games provided to her.
